To guarantee against that, we understand that, during their construction, exceptional houses take on a very special life and personality of their own. And that means that original specifications may well warrant some small or slightly larger changes as things progress.

So if we see something that we feel could be improved, one of our directors will sit down with you to review the options. Similarly, and is often the case, you will want to examine possible alternatives to some original plans and ideas as you see your house taking on real shape and substance. Again we are always delighted to sit down to work through precisely what might be changed and how.
